“Title: A Confusing, Disappointing Stay at a Once-Beautiful Property I stayed at this property about 20 years ago when it was an independent Westin. Back then, the hotel was beautiful, smaller, comfortable, and quite memorable. Unfortunately, my recent stay revealed that since the expansion and the takeover by Marriott, the resort has lost its charm and become a complete puzzle. “Linda was great, checked on us prior to check in, making sure we were accommodated if being late for check in, felt very personalized. The retro decor made us feel like we were on the set of "Mad Men", its meticulously maintained, its movie star quality.”

“Ottima struttura e rapporto qualità prezzo”

“Struttura moderna, pulita dotata di bella piscina e sala gym. Camera spaziosissima, colazione ottima. Se proprio dovessi trovare un neo direi...il colore delle pareti della camera, grigio all around...un po' di colore caldo valorizzerebbe ulteriormente gli interni”

“Buon rapporto servizi/prezzo,ottima cortesia della reception, piscina pulita.”

“We particularly loved the design. Location and facilities are also great. We were given a welcome package with some snacks which was a very nice touch. Pool is also very good and clean.”

“White towels but not really white”

“Stanza enorme moderna e arredata con gusto tanto che abbiamo riprenotato un’altra notte per noi vale 4 stelle ”

“very elegant and classy property. Beautiful oasis in the centre of the town of Palm Springs. The pool and hot tubs were serene full of beautiful plants. Flowers and birds groom was very comfortable with great shower and baths. I would recommend this boutique hotel without reservation and I'll definitely come back next time in Palm Springs.”

“2nd time staying here. All in all the place is great. Only thing was this time we had a room that was on the street, and at night it can get loud especially when you are trying to come to a place to relax”

“Awesome stay, loved the decor.”
