“Celebrated my wife’s birthday there, family booked their rooms on their own, upon check in the host was very accommodating to try to get us all close too each other each other, which worked out great! Grounds and rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly, all in all Family had a great time!”

“Staff were very rude, front desk lied that we can have an emotional support small puppy ESA, staff and property manager was rude, plus they try very hard to get you into shared time memberships. Pool was dirty, no waiters drink or food service at pool, old rooms need remodeling, not what you expect from a Westin hotel. DONT STAY THERE”
