“Rm 101- 800sq room was excellent. My family enjoyed it. Beautiful windows & fireplace. Large bathroom. Plenty of lighting. Nice dining room to order in. Only downside was there’s only one night stand by one of the beds instead of having one on each side. The tub was also awkward to get in & out of. Overall, the room was great. We only wish the room wasn’t in another nearby building. Staff was most helpful & kind. Breakfast is okay. It’s mostly a cold breakfast, minus toast. One of us had mold on...

“Stayed here for a week in Dec. and got to know this place well. The good: It’s in a quiet area and the bedroom is very dark, so easy to get a good sleep. Great shower, kitchen amenities, and a solid living area. The place was quite clean and spacious. The so-so: Instead of a duvet cover, the duvet was sandwiched between two top-sheets so it was difficult to keep it covered. In winter, the baseboard heating struggled to get above 20-21c. “What a great little hotel in the heart of old Quebec City. We took a chance when booking but we regretted nothing. It was a wonderful stay, close to everything, yet quiet and quaint. The staff were remarkable, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and was a perfect end to each day of touring the old city. The only downside was that we had to leave. Would go back in a heart beat. ”

“Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The room was perfect, with elegant finishes and design. We upgraded (at a very reasonable cost) to a room on the 8th floor with more space, including 2 bathrooms and a high top table, perfect for the 3 of us (mom dad and 13 year old daughter) to eat and play cards. Being there a full week, the quality of the room made a huge difference. It was quiet and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend. ”
