Complessi di appartamenti a Houston

“The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off. The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly. Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best”

“From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. “Posizione splendida, pulizia impeccabile colazione ottima parcheggio comodo”

“Idealic location and had everything we needed. Staff was so attentive and the design is beautiful. The steam room and sauna and got tub were perfect escaping from storm boelo.”

“This is a very fine hotel. Spacious, clean room. As it is a combination of 5 Victorian row houses it can be tricky getting from rooms to bar/restaurant. The positive is the common areas are gorgeous.”

“Nice hotel, helpful staff, plenty parking onsite and comfy rooms. Buffet breakfast was very good.”

“Lady on reception, maybe if it were her first day it would of still been bad . Charged our credit card for a prepaid booking. Over the threedays could not authorise a refund. On leaving I had to ask for manager email as none had been available for 3 days. A hotel with seemingly no manager. They have not replied or refunded me 5 days after booking in. The hotel itself is nice if it were self check in and out !”
