“Did not stay. Host was not responsive. I checked in late on a Saturday night. Heat wouldn’t come on. Host was not responsive. VRBO was unable to get assistance. I left a message on a voice mail. “The apartment was good and clean although there was damage to many areas of decor. Our main problem was communicating with the host who was either using some dodgy software or were trying to bend the rules with an Expedia booking.”

“Beautiful, spacious, perfectly located apartment. Our family had a great time! Beds were comfortable, water pressure great. There were instructions for everything (except for the towel warmers we never did figure out how to put them on) Gillian offered to troubleshoot but it was fine without. Gillian was great at communicating and getting back to me. I would absolutely stay here again. ”
