Overview
Located in a rapidly regentrifying neighborhood inside the 610 loop (about 4 miles north from the Downtown area), this home is a 15-minute drive from NRG Stadium, Texas Medical Center, Houston Zoo, Museum District, and Midtown/Downtown. This neighborhood was established in 1940's with cute bungalow style homes for working class population along with mixed used commercial properties, and now rapidly getting regentrified with new home and townhome builds while some houses are still maintaining their original status. This unit was completely gut down to the studs and rebuilt with 600 sqft added sqft (totally 1700 sqft) by the current owner. You will be amazed to see the right mix of old and new in this house!
