Do NOT rent this property. This was by far one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had.Bedroom doors would not close due to large cracks in the walls and door frames, which appear to be structural issues. There were missing smoke detectors in two of the units, a major safety concern that should never happen in a rental.Basic amenities were broken. The coffee makers did not work (Marco eventually came by to replace them), one towel provided was completely covered in dirt. There were no hangers and no dressers at all, making it impossible to unpack or store clothing. A toaster with its cord cut in half was still sitting in the cabinet. The garage unit’s dishwasher leaks onto the floor. There were also large gaps in the floor boards, some so bad they were covered with a mat, and it dipped down when stepped on.The condition of the bathrooms was also bad: sinks/vanities were detached from the wall, bathtub spouts stuck out from the wall in multiple bathrooms.The online listing is misleading at best—the photos are clearly photoshopped and do not reflect the true condition of the property. Outside, the lawn had beer bottles, trash, and cigarette butts scattered around.The area itself felt unsafe. There is a convenience store directly across the street that sells crack pipes, and the cashier is behind bulletproof glass, which did not add to a feeling of security.This property should not be listed. Save yourself the frustration and discomfort - do not rent!

We did not have enough towels or coffee cups. The house was clean but the neighborhood was scary. We were grateful for the gated driveway even though the fence had a hole in it big enough for a person to easily enter. The Houston police department was seen driving by often.

Nice Spacious Home

House was perfect size for myself and friends while we enjoyed our weekend. Everything was less than 20 minutes driving distance. Host was helpful and checked in to make sure we were ok. Lovely stay.

Spacious and accommodating

Very spacious and unique with different rooms for a variety of activities. Great for adults wanting to get away. Easy in and out with a lockable gate for extra security. Marco very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

The home is very unique and I love the separation each flat provides with their own kitchens. There were no tvs in the rooms which were a negative Home is clean and free of smells.

Great Place for Large Groups

This is a great place for hosting a large group. There is 3 separate sections of the house, sort of like an apartment. The only downside I would say is there is a limiting amount of cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. It was not cleaned to the best of their ability as majority of the dishes were dirty yet stored away. There were knives that were used and dirty, as well as other dishes. However, it was conveniently located near downtown so that was good. And the owner communicated well and made the check in process easy.

Successful 4day Birthday celebration

Marco was an amazing host from beginning to end. Every time I had a question he responded quickly even right after Beryl. All 3 units were clean and inviting. We were within walking distance of bars, food trucks and fun. Great location! Will definitely stay again 💗

Perfect location

The location is prime for all the hot spots and restaurants. The units were very clean and every bedroom is spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are great. Marco is an excellent host. I will definitely be a return guest of this property.

A great place for multi-family stay

We were in Houston for the First Tech Challenge World championship and needed a place that was big enough for team members from 7 families including high school team members and family supporters. We rented all three units of this gated house that is located close to the downtown convention center. It has parking spaces inside the gated area, and has large contemporary kitchen for cooking, large sitting areas for watching TV and chatting. The yard also has a gas-heated BBQ place and sittings for outdoor beers. The bedrooms have memory form mattresses which were comfortably firm, the bathrooms were clean and have adequate hot water for many to shower simultaneously.

Great property, plenty of room yet still private

We loved this property. It was perfect for our group and allowed us to all be in one place, but still have privacy within the group and for each person to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We were pleased

The property was Beautiful and Accurately described. It was clean and well kept we felt very comfortable within the property which was also securely gated which gave us a sense of security. The property location is across from a mini mart with lots of activity night and day so you will have locals hanging out but in all fairness for the most part people were polite. As for the house it self I will give 5/5 and the neighborhood is 3/5.

Houston visit

We stayed at this 8 bedroom 5 bath property in Houston the week of thanksgiving. The accomodations were very clean and very comfortable. We will most certainly stay there next time we visit Houston. The host is very helpful and easily accessible if needed. Overall we had a wonderful time in Houston

This was an amazing property ! It had everything we needed , the pictures are nice but in person the house is even nicer ! Everything was so close by , which was great. Also, Marco is such a great host , he responds so fast & is very understanding. My group & i will definitely be staying here again :)
