We came from the waterpark and wanted to shower with new towels but instead I waited in line just to be told I need to go get the towels and bring them to get new ones since housekeeping had left for the day and on the way to the room we passed the laundry room with plenty of towels cleaned and folded not to mention our room being on the opposite side of the building than the room wasn’t the cleanest. “AC worked well on the hottest day so far in Houston. Maid staff were friendly and efficient. They were helpful for a special request. Room was roomy and fully stocked. We had an excellent stay.”

“This location is completely maintained, safe, secure, near the freeway, quick commute to many businesses. I return to this location many times because of the peace and clean maintained rooms and outside property”

“So this hotel is just a quick stop, I would not recommend it for visitors but each is on. The ironing board was broke, the curtains were terrible in smoke room, the light fixtures look like they had never been wiped. The towels had stains on them. Terrible amenities”
