We came from the waterpark and wanted to shower with new towels but instead I waited in line just to be told I need to go get the towels and bring them to get new ones since housekeeping had left for the day and on the way to the room we passed the laundry room with plenty of towels cleaned and folded not to mention our room being on the opposite side of the building than the room wasn’t the cleanest.
