“When I checked in and went into my room, the sofa looked soiled and was broken and wouldn’t go back in. I called the front desk and staff was aware but didn’t tell me. So I asked for another room but was told I couldn’t even though I saw other guests checking in. I asked politely if I could get a refund and was told yes by the same staff but only to find out the hotel and Expedia wouldn’t honor my refund. “Lmove this place. Only thing was that they came in my room to get trash and towels but didnt give new sheets or make the bed.”

“Bathroom was dirty(I had to clean my own bathroom) Later that night we asked to change rooms ,but the other room they showed us was dirty as well.So we stayed in the first one. The next day they came and cleaned the bathroom,but when we came back to the room the tub was still dirty. We requested room services the next day nobody came.Their excuses was they didn’t know. “This is my favorite place to stay, I feel safe, I don't have to worry about my rental car, is a plenty park spot, stores, restaurants, very safe area!”

La ropa de cama ni la habitación fue limpiada en ningún momento durante los 6 seis días de nuestra estadía. Se requirió servicio y NADA! Es una pena pues el lugar está muy bueno y céntrica, pero el servicio CERO!!!”

“We enjoyed the breakfast a lot! Unfortunately, we didn't see any orange juice. The bed was very comfortable but my husband wanted an extra pillow which was not supplied. Also, there was no liquid soap in the dispenser for the shower. We specifically asked the housekeeping staff for this 2 things to be taken care of, but they weren't. Besides that, everything was fine.”
