Hotel vicino a Katy Park - Houston

“La propiedad está muy buena, pero NO hay servicios. Las toallas y papel higiénico hay que buscarlo al counter. La ropa de cama ni la habitación fue limpiada en ningún momento durante los 6 seis días de nuestra estadía. Se requirió servicio y NADA! Es una pena pues el lugar está muy bueno y céntrica, pero el servicio CERO!!!”

“There was hair in the sink, toilet and on the floor. Restroom was dirty. Also not enough body wash”

“We enjoyed the breakfast a lot! Unfortunately, we didn't see any orange juice. The bed was very comfortable but my husband wanted an extra pillow which was not supplied. Also, there was no liquid soap in the dispenser for the shower. We specifically asked the housekeeping staff for this 2 things to be taken care of, but they weren't. Besides that, everything was fine.”

“I do recommend this property very clean very nice but no complementary breakfast, they call it a buffet but it’s not very basic and cost $14.99 did not like that part besides that it’s very nice.”

“The man that checked me in was quite excited about the news he was watching. Telling me about the us giving money to Ukraine and another country. He thought he should be receiving money instead.”

“Rooms were clean, but the road noise was loud. The door didn't keep the noise out, making it tough to get a good night's rest. No shampoo either.”

“Our state was good overall. However, it would appear the shower was clogged as the water began to pool while I was talking a bath.”

“The hot tub is not functional. I pick a hotel with a hot tub as the main point. No hot tub, I don't stay there. The hot tub at this hotel is a kiddie pool now. It no longer functions as a hot tub.”
