The staff was, without exception, patient, efficient, well informed and truly pleasant and friendly. Kitchen well equipped. we had small children and having a kitchen and a pool is important to us.”

“Desayuno horrible, pone autoservicio o continental, solo ofrece pan molde banco, huevos revueltos y café. Bajo mínimo siempre, cuando ibas a desayunar no yacía nada, ni café, huevos revueltos los servían de poco a poco, nada de fruta ni embutidos, platos desechables, cubiertos igual y mesas sucias, tenias que pedir que la limpiaran.”

“This was a nice clean hotel with easy access to the I-10 and Katy Mills. The staff was nice and friendly.”

“The exterior looked far better than the interior. The interior, including the 3rd floor hallway, wreaked of urine and smoke. The room itself didn't smell of urine and smoke so that was a small relief. The bed did not have bed bugs, but my usual search for bed bugs (I do this at every hotel no matter what) revealed a mattress so old that it was probably original to the property. Staying here was a mistake.”
