“Everthing was wonderful. Excellent courtesy breakfast. Towels by the pool, safe parking lot. Located near where we wanted to be. The staff was, without exception, patient, efficient, well informed and truly pleasant and friendly. Kitchen well equipped. we had small children and having a kitchen and a pool is important to us.”

“The room I had stayed in for one night had a foul odor. The air conditioning unit was blowing out a smell of mildew. This caused me to have a restless night and I made sure to report to the front desk. Bad odors make me very uneasy and uncomfortable.”

“No hot water, roof was leaking at breakfast, and the breakfast was undesirable. The only thing available was bread and fruit.”

“The exterior looked far better than the interior. The interior, including the 3rd floor hallway, wreaked of urine and smoke. The room itself didn't smell of urine and smoke so that was a small relief. The bed did not have bed bugs, but my usual search for bed bugs (I do this at every hotel no matter what) revealed a mattress so old that it was probably original to the property. Staying here was a mistake.”

“The sheets were dirty with crumbs and different types of hair on several areas of the sheets. I called the managerand shared the outage. She was very abrupt and said the sheets were clean because she put them on the bed. I asked her to come up and see the crumbs and hair, she said, "I'm not coming out in the dark" and hung up on me. I immediately called Expedia and shared the horrible experience. I slept in a chair and checked out in the morning. I took pictures of the crumbs and hair and...

“I’ve stayed here several times and have never had an issue, however this past time that I stayed there I encountered a couple of issues. First I was disappointed because housekeeping didn’t touch my room during my stay, although I let front desk know, they brought clean towels up to the room, but lack of cleanliness remained. Second issue was with their buffet style breakfast, when I was about to serve myself the season diced potatoes, I noticed a hair in there to which I quickly let staff know...

“There was a stale carpet smell in our rooms and in the hallways when you get off the elevator. The ladies downstairs were very helpful at the front desk. They offered to change our rooms ( we booked 2 rooms) and they also came in with Lysol and sprayed.”
