When we went up to our room we found that the door was wide open. And all the rooms have exterior doors. This was concerning. The checkout process was unorganized, and I was charged extra tax that no one could properly explain. To make things worse, they deducted money from my deposit upon return and claimed that the credit card company charged them transaction fees — which makes absolutely no sense and should not be the customer’s responsibility.
