“Everthing was wonderful. Excellent courtesy breakfast. Towels by the pool, safe parking lot. Located near where we wanted to be. The staff was, without exception, patient, efficient, well informed and truly pleasant and friendly. Kitchen well equipped. we had small children and having a kitchen and a pool is important to us.”

“Overall, the stay was generally okay, but there were two notable issues. First, the floor had some grime, which is somewhat typical for a motel room but still noticeable. Second, the plumbing seems inactive for a while because when first turning on the shower or faucet, or after flushing the toilet, the water initially runs yellow-brown. Fortunately, it clears up and runs clean in less than a minute.”

“This is the first that I felt a Holiday Inn Express hotel room wasn’t at its cleanest. The room floor and bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. And the sheet linens seemed unclean. We checked into our room very late that night, so I’m not sure if we were given a fully cleaned room at the time.”

“Nice hotel in the same parking lot as a coffee shop and numerous food places. The only issue is the window, there is no second curtain so you’ll have to leave it closed or people can see right thru. Breakfast was muffins and coffee”

“The exterior looked far better than the interior. The interior, including the 3rd floor hallway, wreaked of urine and smoke. The room itself didn't smell of urine and smoke so that was a small relief. The bed did not have bed bugs, but my usual search for bed bugs (I do this at every hotel no matter what) revealed a mattress so old that it was probably original to the property. Staying here was a mistake.”

“The sheets were dirty with crumbs and different types of hair on several areas of the sheets. I called the managerand shared the outage. She was very abrupt and said the sheets were clean because she put them on the bed. I asked her to come up and see the crumbs and hair, she said, "I'm not coming out in the dark" and hung up on me. I immediately called Expedia and shared the horrible experience. I slept in a chair and checked out in the morning. I took pictures of the crumbs and hair and...

“We loved our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway and around many restaurants and shopping, there is a CVS at walking distance. The rooms were clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. When we checked in almost at 11pm, we had an issue with the room and the frost desk staff helped us to switch rooms immediately. She was warm and very welcoming. Truly appreciated that! The breakfast was reasonable and many options to choose from. I will definitely stay here again....
