“We found the hotel lacking a friendly & welcoming atmosphere. After paying $1050 a night for a room we expected a little more with amenities. A tiny square of soap bar left in the bathroom, one roll of one ply, toilet paper and a rug that was at the bathroom sink tattered and was not more than 2‘ x 14“. “My family and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The hotel is nice and and close to downtown. The front staff was very nice when arrived and our room was nice and cold a little to cold. Only problem we came across was having no extra tp in the restroom😬. Great hotel i would definitely stay again.”

“Property was clean and well maintained. We had a suite, expecting to be able to relax and enjoy the room. But there were no china or silverware whatsoever. I asked the front desk and was told they would send some. It never happened. We finally got some paper cups and plastic spoons from the maid, but had to neg to get more than one each. Ridiculously tight and not what you would expect when paying for a suite.”

“The property is ok but very dated and deferred maintenance is visible especially outside. There is no self parking on property only valet And the cost is really high. The staff is very pleasant. I would go back if the price was right but would uber to and from appointments as it would be cheaper than the valet charge”

“El hotel se está haciendo viejo, y al personal no le importa dar buen servicio, pedí todos los días toallas extras y nunca me las trajeron, otro día necesite cambiar las sábanas de la cama y solo me dejaron en la puerta unas sábanas para yo cambiarlas, y por último hubo un día que solo funcionó uno de los elevadores.”

“This place is good just for a night, rooms smells and very loud all night. I couldn’t sleep all night long because the air conditioning was making a very loud noise like rubbing a bunch of plastic bags all night long. The guy at the counter was very nice and so was the lady when we were checking out.”
