“Air conditioner went out at 11 pm. Called front desk and they had maintenance reset it. By 2 a.m. it still wasnt working. Called front desk again and they had usnswitch rooms.”

“Verrrry poooor breakfast as compared to my past history of this property. Room 130am I had another person tried to enter into my room. The programed key they were given open the door. I had the security latch on so they could not enter. This was clearly a program at the desk in programming the key card. I exited in the am and the card given to me did not work when I returned. Had to have the desk reprogram the card. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.”
