“Fantastic stay from start to finish. Great central location and super friendly staff. The room was beautifully decorated, fantastic breakfast to set you up for the day, restaurant food was amazing and the bar/beer garden were great. Despite it being a pub, it was great to be able to still come and go no matter the time which lent itself well to me as an early bird as it meant I could go for an early morning walk. Overall a great stay and I'll definitely be back. ”

“Comfy bed. Heating unable to be controllef by guest. Room 12 was cold during night. Came on at 8am just as going out for breakfast. Stayed in better YHA for the money”

“Meraviglioso pub in centro a York, a due passi dalla stazione dei treni (10 minuti a piedi!) staff veramente gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli in attesa del check in e anche all’uscita. Camere pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Se tornerò a York lo risceglierò (ha anche un garden esterno e il parcheggio!”

La struttura è dotata di un fantastico pub interno, con un’ottima selezione di birre, e di una sala biliardo perfetta per rilassarsi e trascorrere piacevolmente il tempo libero. “The secret garden is a great addition, but can get very busy . If staying over get a room on a lower floor , we were on the top floor , 6 flights of creaky stairs . Breakfast was good .”
