“This property is ofcourse not 3 stars hotel, the experience of sleeping on a smelly bedsheets was a disaster, if anything missing in the room we should go down and ask for because there was no phone in the room to call the room service or reception, in the first night there was plenty of insects in the room... I didn't have any other choice than just taking another hotel since there was no refund policy in the hotel even though the stay the first 2 days was a disaster and the last 2 days there...

“We had a little misunderstanding about the room at the check in which was frustrating as we arrived in the middle of the night. The next morning the staff immediately wanted to accommodate and correct the issue. They are genuinely very nice and helpful. All three ladies that we meet during our stay. Wonderful experience!”
