“When we arrived around 5pm noone was there to check us in. We then booked another property as we had no other choice. About and hour or so later, got email through expedia with self check in options. Now we ended up paying for 2 rooms. ”

“Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“Great base for exploring Vieques. Room well kept. The owner has beach supplies available - chairs, umbrellas, etc. It's just a half a block from the malecon (boardwalk) - every restaurant in town is within a 10 minute walk. Pickup for bioluminescent bay tour is about a 5 minute drive. Parking available. No complaints - we stayed one night, I wished we'd stayed 2 or 3.”

“Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. The room and bed were comfy and you can't beat the views from the bedroom and off the balcony. Location is on the edge of the forest so lots of...

“Amazing experience! Love the location, the green earthly space, had a grand time swimming in the river, got offered local fruit, and it’s conveniently located to amazing water holes, beaches, and food stops! I can’t wait to be back!!! Thank you for this healing experience :)”

“We were very lucky with an incredible butler at The Villages in Timothy who took care of everything during our stay allowing us to relax. However, we were very disappointed in the water park not being open due to low water and none of the hot tubs working. We selected the resort for the water park. The location and view is paradise imagined and the resort is wonderfully designed. However, for the price per night I would expect the food to be better and for the place to have better up keep. ”
