The front desk people were very pleasant and efficient, and the hostesses, Jennifer and Abby made sure we had everything we needed at the Wednesday evening "Social" and at breakfast. The biscuits were hard, the electric pancake machine was never filled, the turkey sausage was clearly heated and reheated, and I question whether or not it was from what was left over the day before.
