“Hi. My mom checked out last and here is info - thanks so much for the wonderful accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Wanted to report in and let know status of things. The linens in dryer were there when arrived. Left them there. Dishes in dishwasher rack are clean. Hand washed, left to dry. Not sure when trash day is. Or, if can was supposed to go inside fence. “Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the house fit our family of 5 perfectly!!! The pool was clean and great for the kids (lots of pool toys) Great location in between Crystal river, Homosassa, and Clearwater!!!! Yummy delicious restuarnts that are kid friendly near by. Neighbors shot off fireworks for newyears and they were better than Disney Worlds fireworks!!!!! WE PLAN TO COME BACK REAL SOON!!!!”

“We had an amazing stay at Aileen's property. The view from the back yard was spectacular! Although there were a few hiccups in the beginning due to a storm that came through and blew out the air conditioning, she did everything humanly possible to make it perfect for us. "Una struttura da chiudere che non dovrebbe stare su expedia. Le foto sono false, mi chiedo chi ha messo 10/10 se ha mai visto un hotel e dove viva a casa. Mai visto un posto del genere. Struttura fatiscente, camera piena alla mattina di blatte e scarafaggi e allego foto, bagno fatiscente e arrruginito, lavandino con rubinetti arruginiti, mi chiedo come si possa affittare un posto del genere e dove sono i controlli. Letto sfondato, sedia sfondata, entrando era accesa l aria e l odore dei filtri marci e non puliti ha invaso la stanza e ho tossito per 30 min. Ho dovuto arieggiare la stanza, se stanza la posso chiamare. Le catene come motel 6 hanno fatto il loro tempo ormai sono da chiudere perche non fanno piu ristrutturazioni. state alla larga. "
