“I reserved a room with two beds, none were available when we checked in. It took 4 tries before we were able to get into a room. First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush. Second room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the phone didn't work in the room Third the key wouldn't work and there was red tape on the lock Fourth room we were able to get into. “I was disappointed. 1st I asked for a ♿️ room, didn't get it... 2nd the bed was terrible.. whenever we got in or out it made an awlful sound like a tin barrel. Not comfortable. Also even though the room looked clean it had a musty, odor like B.O.”

“Room was filthy. We noticed a huge hair ball in the shower right when we walked in. There was mold all around the bottom of the shower glass. We found loose change in the bed when we settled in. Breakfast was not the best and anything worth having was out or very low. Bathroom walls were dripping with something. Even elevators were gross with substance dripping down the walls. Whole place needs a deep clean.”

“The rooms are excellent!!! Clean and very well appointed. Hotel staff was polite , professional, and very helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food and service was amazing. The Property is very well kept and very easy to access. Valet parking was courteous and prompt in all our interactions. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. “Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here.”
