In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“My bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I did read in advance that the kitchens were not stocked- you would have to ask the front desk for supplies like utensils and glasses, which I did. The only thing in the kitchen was a kitchen towel and a small packet of dishwasher detergent. But there wasn't a dishwasher, so cleaning your borrowed kitchen items with dishwasher detergent powder is not exactly normal. They should have little bottles of dish soap. My fridge and freezer were set to...

“The Vanguard in Ann Arbor went beyond my expectations! The room, lobby, restaurant and staff were exceptional! Our daughter was a student at U of M and we have stayed at many of the on-campus hotels throughout the years. The Vanguard is in a class of its own! I can't wait to stay there again!!! “Upon entry, the front desk seemed a bit cluttered. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cigarettes upon entering the room. They were able to change my room, but my neighbor was extremely loud. They left their dog, unattended, for almost 2 hours in which the dog consistently barked. Finally, the fridge was loud and was disruptive during sleep. Overall, it was mid-tier, not great, not good.”
