Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“The front desk lady was so sweet. She was very welcoming. However the room was dirty but it was late and we had an early appointment. There’s mold or something on the box spring. All along the sides. The toilet had old urine and stool On the seat and under the lid. The shower had hair on the walls and the floor had whatever that was on the bathroom area floor. I don’t know. “Clean and quiet. It would be nice if they replaced the carpets in the room with tile or wood but the hotel, while older, is cozy and quaint. Not fancy but better than many Ann Arbor options at that same price. ”
