Room not clean, no opening window as reported on web site, climate control in room non functional, tv not working on arrival (resolved). Scenic setting, comfortable beds, quality towels. Staff attentive and friendly, grab n go area well stocked.”

“Parking lot is in disrepair. Room that we were in had cobwebs in the corners. Furnature was mismatched. Over all the rooms are extremely dated and in need of updating with quality workmanship. Internet was poor to nonexistent. TV is internet only so it didn’t work. On the plus side. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. The shower was clean and the water was hot. The parking lot is well lit so you can see the potholes easily in the dark. The motel is right next to the police station and...

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“Brand new hotel. Quiet. Helpful staff. Large room, comfortable bed. Woodbury Commons shopping less than 5 minute drive and close to NYC. Will stay here again.”
