“Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione molto buona. Ampia scelta di prodotti da prendere a seconda dei propri gusti: uova strapazzate, salsicce, pane, cereali, muffins, ecc. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Il caffè è disponibile h24 e questa è un'ottima cosa. Come spunto di miglioramento suggerisco di non utilizzare più posate di plastica ma di utilizzare quelle ecologiche. Sicuramente ci tornerò.”

“From the landscaping on the outside to the cleanliness on the inside this hotel was just beautiful. The location is perfect with several stores and restaurants nearby. We stayed three nights for our family trip to the area and loved the quick 25 min drive to Holland. We enjoyed the breakfast, amenities (self laundry, pool), and were surprised by an added nightly courtesy meal during the days of our stay (pasta night, taco night, and a mashed potato bar). “Excellent staff, very clean, good breakfast options, close to freeways, very quiet rooms even though we were next to younger children, we did not hear them. The pool and fitness was just enough to serve their purpose. We’ll definitely be back ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.”

“I enjoyed my stay here and had no problems. My room was very clean and nice. The bed, pillows, TV and shower were nice. I would stay here again. My only "problem" was it was hard to find anyone at the front desk.”

“Excellent service, flexible with check-in and check-out, room was clean and had plenty of space. Only critique is lack of a full length mirror somewhere in the room which helps when getting ready for a formal occasion.”

“met a nice, polite, helpful young man, cory, at the front desk. he was there all. the. time. and lucky for us that he was. he is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. cory is a great asset to your hotel and guests. bed too soft, room was good. shower floor slippery, had to put a towel on the shower floor so i wouldn't fall. cory RULES!!”
