“We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl”

“We did have a wonderful stay, and Stephanie was extremely helpful! We were disappointed that the pool was so cold. The other disappointment was the cleanliness of our room. There was garbage under our bed from the person before us, and hair all over the walls and tub. Also, the bathtub was backing up, so there was water standing while we were showering. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the two different types of pillows on the beds. We did enjoy the breakfast, patio area with fire pits,...

“Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione molto buona. Ampia scelta di prodotti da prendere a seconda dei propri gusti: uova strapazzate, salsicce, pane, cereali, muffins, ecc. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Il caffè è disponibile h24 e questa è un'ottima cosa. Come spunto di miglioramento suggerisco di non utilizzare più posate di plastica ma di utilizzare quelle ecologiche. Sicuramente ci tornerò.”

“My stay at Holiday Inn downtown Grand Rapids was great and very comfortable. They offered a breakfast buffet for $16.99, but we did not check it out. This hotel was clean, the staff was great, and they offered a free shuttle bus to downtown events. I recommend this hotel and I will stay here again. ”

“Very clean hotel, staff nice, only issues were the shower was luke warm and our room door handle was wonky...still they offered us another room but we made due with the hot tub which was hot in our room and slamming the door locked it. Would continue staying there for every GR concert we attend.”
