“Very clean hotel, staff nice, only issues were the shower was luke warm and our room door handle was wonky...still they offered us another room but we made due with the hot tub which was hot in our room and slamming the door locked it. Would continue staying there for every GR concert we attend.”

“The pool was closed over spring break..they told me the first day that it would be open following day. Then next day they said no its closed for awhile.the man on at desk was rude about like I did something wrong. I had stayed there before with my grandkids but I will never go back.”

“We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl”

“First off - all of the staff was amazing g - the front desk, the dining room, pool area, housekeepers -excellent!!!! The carpet in the room smells disgusting!!!!! Food in the dining room was really good - eaten by adults, a 3yo and a 6yo! That is doing something! Only complaint was the room smell. The hotel was really busy and the elevator was getting a workout!”
