“This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and what keeps me coming back is the fact that the rooms are clean, the lobby is comfortable, and the breakfast has a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit. The staff has always been pleasant and easy to communicate with. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to shopping, dining, freeways, and only 15 minutes for downtown Grand Rapids. “The people above me had children who were up almost all night stomping around their room. Then this morning they started up again at about 8:30 am. I was there 3 nights and they did it every night for a couple of hours. Today was the first morning they did it. ”
