“This was a great place to stay for me. When I travel for work, I certainly do not need any of the bells and whistles. The hotel doesn't have much amenities (just a small fitness room and a couple of vending machines) but the room was well modernized and very clean. I got the impression they spent the money on what matters and that's the way I like it. I interacted with two different staff members throughout my stay and both were absolute pleasure to deal with. Our room had an entrance right onto the pool deck which ok which also lead to front lobby but you need a hotel key to exit and enter off the lobby That’s good for safety It was a nice stay would stay again if in the area. “Not a 4 star hotel. Definitely was a hotel before and they're trying to make it appear better. carpet is old, wallpaper is peeling, room was ok, mattress was gross, stained. Bathroom small and had no vent fan. Its a hiliday inn with a different name. 2.5 starrs max. location is good, near airport and 28th street has anything you need. Must reiterate NOT a 4star hotel.”

“I usually do not leave any comments and I can accept minor discomfort in any hotels. However, this place was beyond ignorable. As soon as we got to the place, it reeked of weed and the rooms were disgusting. We had 7 rooms booked, and all 7 rooms were dirty. There were no shower curtains, the bath was still wet, and no towels. There were bed bugs, stains on the sheets, and hairs on the bed. “We stayed here after our flight was canceled. We chose this hotel because of the affordable price and the advertised airport shuttle. Before arriving, I called the hotel, and although they don’t have a traditional shuttle, the front desk arranged an Uber for us, which we appreciated. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself wasn’t spotless, and there was a slight odor in the lobby. “This place is not a hotel. It is apartments. We stayed 8 days and we got two towels. Had to pay for more. Not soap, shampoo, etc. zero amenities. Cigarette butts every where. Marijuna in the parking lot. Front and back doors don’t lock. Don’t walk away, RUN”

“Room had not been cleaned, dirty towels left on kitchen table, garbage in waste baskets . Toilet did not flush properly, ( they did have toilet plunger, thank goodness) smoke alarm was missing, exposed wires. Staff did come in to clean room, but did not warn about the toilet not flushing properly.”
