“I reserved two rooms and was charged for both before we checked in. When we arrived at the hotel, one reservation had been canceled for some reason. Took about a half hour to correct the cancellation. Not sure why this happened. ”

“My stay was very pleasant. Although they were short staffed, they still made sure I had the necessities I needed. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.”

“The hotel has terribly rude staff who overbooked guests and offered no apology.”

“There was not a hot breakfast offered during my stay and the bed was not comfortable. I was charged a $50 deposit when I arrived and was told I would get it back when I left and still have not received it back. We left the room in a clean tidy condition. The pool and hot tub seemed dirty and there were no towels. Overall I feel the pictures were deceiving and the room did not meet my expectations, I would not stay there again. ”

“Over all the hotel was great, however I stayed one night and when I went to shower before I left for my flight there was no hot water in the shower. When addressed in the morning I couldn’t even go to another room to shower.”

“Breakfast is not included. Property is a bit more run down than other Doubletrees we have stayed at. Our first room had water spots on the ceiling and potentially mold. We had to be moved the second night because the room above was leaking water in our vent very loudly. There were unfortunately no other available rooms with king beds. ”
