“Everything was clean, new, and well looked after. The location was great, and I appreciated the coffee bar and ample sitting areas.”

“The entire place was dirty and smelled dirty. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless you requested it be done. Once you arrive at the airport you have to call the motel and request a shuttle come pick you up.”

“The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well”

“1. I slipped and busted my knee outside of the public bathroom across from the pool area. The bathroom is next to the lobby. Absolutely soaking wet all over the floor. Very slippery even with regular sneakers on. 2. I requested an additional pillow for my bedroom as there were two adults and only three small pillows. I was told they only have extra pillow casing, no pillows. 3. During the travel from the front desk to our second floor room (No elevator btw), I saw many plastic and paper...

I rode the elevator up to the third floor to my room. I entered the room and my room immediately smelled like smoke. I did pay for a non-smoking room. “This hotel is perfect for a horror movie. The disgusting patched holes, or holes that weren't patched. The soggy carpet. The smell of death. The broken handles that lock you in the room. The generations of bugs that live there. The broken down, faded, chipped furniture. Yes, feel like I'm lucky to have escaped with my life.”

“I booked this location with the impression that the amenities will be available and it wasn't. Pool was open but dirty and gym was close till 7/31 which if I was informed on time I would've look someone else. Communication should be a plus,especially when people are saving money for travel or daystay Amenities for us is a plus , it was too late for us to schedule elsewhere due to the time and date of the year July 4th However the location had a lot of parking space.
