“The front desk gal was lovely and tried to remedy the situation. The exterior is sketchy at best. Lawn not maintained. The only thing around is a graffiti parking garage and a seedy stand along corner store. I took the stairs and when we got to our floor the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. We opened the door to our room and the smell hit us in the face. We immediately went down and the girl said they had no vacancies and she had to call her manager. 20 minutes later, a room miraculously...

“I selected this hotel because it advertised that it had an Airport shuttle. That was important sine I was only staying one night for a layover. I was disappointed to learn that the shuttle was not running. Other than that, all I can say is, you get what you pay for.”

“The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious. However, there was no open breakfast, as advertised, just a grab and go bag with sugar laden snacks and a bottle of water. Good coffee was also available, but only during breakfast. The toilet was very low and difficult to rise and sit. There was evidence of some mold and rist around the trim in the bathroom and the tub was stained yellow. Not enough towels or toiletries for a double queen room. “I was really disappointed with my experience. I requested a balcony with a view, only to end up overlooking a parking lot. The customer service throughout my stay felt dismissive and unhelpful. The restaurant accommodations were also inconvenient. The buffet-style breakfast was only available during limited kitchen hours, and if I arrived early, the only option was the bar area, which I did not have access to. In addition, liquor could not even be purchased from the snack store until after 11...

Large cigarette burn hole in bedspread & blanket, bed had to be stripped & remade, top sheet was on top of the blanket instead of top of fitted sheet, 1 of the pillows had a stain & short black hair & I requested it to be replaced, Remote to TV dead & needed new batteries, sink was plugged & maintenance had to come in & fix it”
