Perfect location for visiting either the university which is a short drive or a 20 minute walk or the legendary Adelphi which is a 2 minute walk. There is easy access to the city centre by car or public transport.
The space
The house is newly decorated with a few mid century modern touches. There is a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room, twin bedroom and double bedroom (small double). There is a private outdoor space. TV and WiFi.

There are plenty of big fluffy towels and Egyptian cotton bedding for that added bit of comfort.

Please note that as with many terraced houses in Hull, the bathroom is downstairs and the stairs to the first floor are rather steep.
