“WHAT a discovery! I loved my stay at Canalside -- the room was beautifully updated, but still had those historic squeaky wooden floors that remind everyone to be a little quieter (it worked!). The coffee maker produced great morning joe; the shower got hot almost immediately; the bed linens were soft and the towels were a perfect blend of absorbent and scratchy. I just wish I had asked the (very helpful, very personable) staff how to work the air conditioning...thank god they provided a...

“Personale molto scadente. Poco cortese. Eccetto il signore più anziano che sorrideva ed é stato molto gentile. Gli altri tre ((2 giovani e una signora piu anziana) erano molto scortesi. Camera scadente. Anche se sarebbe una bella stanza ampia e ricca di mobili. Comunque il prezzo era buono e anche vicina alle cascate. (15 minuti a piedi). Il ritorno é un po' in salita. ”

I booked two connecting rooms and tanks god for that we had one useful toilet because in one room toilet was clogged and both rooms shower head didn’t work, side of tub chipped, toilet seat move when you seat and bad orders from the carpet. I was glad I only booked for one night. Only the lobby was presentable, rooms were more like motel.”

“Motel molto modesto. Camere e arredamento fatiscente. Odore di stantio. Porta di accesso che si poteva chiudere da interno solo con chiavistello a catena. Colazione povera servita in spazio angusto. Nel compenso personale gentile e disponibile.”

“The room was not ready at the time that they said, poor general conditions, they don't clean the breakfast area often, the staff is impersonal their service is automatic and I experienced even the police coming to get someone for I don't know what reason”
