“I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay during the Indiana University graduation weekend. While the staff members were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, I was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. First, I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. During breakfast, the lobby and front desk walls were being sanded, which was quite disruptive. “The staff was kind and the breakfast was good. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice. Our room was clean but a few cosmetic things could have been renovated. ”

“Hundreds of ants in our room. When we told the front desk he said he would try to get ahold of someone. Later I asked what was happening with it and he asked me to show him the ants. I took him to the room and he seemed shocked that there really were hundreds of ants. He then sprayed them with a can of raid and that was it. So we had a pile of dead ants in the bathroom then by the next day there were live ones crawling around again. We ended ups showering and staying in someone else's room that...

“Hit the button 2 x’s before anyone came to the front desk. No coffee pot in room. Remote for tv didn’t work. Picture was in the floor that belonged in the wall. Spider on bed but killed it and didn’t see anymore. But outdated but mostly clean ”

“Kitchen has only stove ,microwave , fridge nothing else . ”

“Clean bed. Nicely made. However, the beds were squeaky/noisy every time we moved, the curtains were falling off the rods, the ironing board was rusty and broken, the tub had broken fixtures, and the little coffee pot was dirty on the outside. They are trying to upgrade parts of the room but clearly are doing it a little at a time. If all you need is a place to lay your head at night and aren't looking for anything special, then this is fine.”

“Although there is a kitchenette, it is not equipped with any kitchen items like plates, silverware, etc. So be prepared to bring your own. Also, note that the rooms are NOT cleaned every day and you will need to ask if you want more toilet paper, towels, etc. ”
