“Expedia said checking was at 4:00, I was hoping it would have been earlier so we had plenty of time to get ready for our event. When we got there at 4 the sign behind him said check in at 3:00 that was frustrating. The room didn’t have a vent in the small bathroom. That would’ve been nice. The jacuzzi room was large and the jacuzzi was nice but when we turned on the bubbles hair came out. Both TVs didn’t work for the entirety of our stay and no one was at the front desk late at night. “rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests.”

“Room was stuffy and smelled stale. Air conditioning would only let the room get to around 75 degrees but hallway was ice cold. Not a great stay.”
