“Small enough to feel comfortable and safe. Very friendly staff, from the desk to the room cleaners. Shower was nice-walk-in. Bedding was good but mattress was a bit lumpy. Not terrible by any means. “The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. ”
