“Property is good we come here Everytime we come here few times a year. This time was different than all the rest. It said and we always pay when we get to the room, whoever the older gentleman was at counter before I could get to counter had already ran the card and refused to take cash if we didn't have exactly what room cost and $100 deposit (never had to pay that before either) so had to use a credit card to reserve the room we ended up leaving day early due to the attitudes of the new ppl...

“Our room was in much need of complete refurbishing. The stove was very dirty around knows. Dishes were very old and no organizing. The floor had grim and dirt between tiles. Bathtub ...So much soap grime you could scratch your name in it. Our beach view was great. The elderly lady at the desk was very nice. We did not complain to the staff but I do feel management should look behind their housekeeping staff because they are taking shortcuts.”

“The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”
