“We were texted by the property early in the day when our room became available and allowed to check in well ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly. The room had a private screened-in porch that offered great views of the marsh and waterways behind the property. The pool was clean and a pleasure to swim in. The nearby hot tub was toasty. “Excellent service, noisy in the day, but surprisingly quiet at night, for a beach vacation this place is unbeatable”

“We've stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times now and the staff is very friendly. The hot breakfast is above average and the "Breakfast Lady" in charge is wonderful. We'll probably be back next summer at this well-maintained property.”

“This is the third year that I’ve stayed at landmark and I had the nicest room this time I’ve ever had. I hope to get it when I come next year. It had cooking utensils and pans and dish soap had everything that you needed. The only complaint that I have is that the coffee maker had an old package of coffee in it that was molding but they brought us a coffee pot and new coffee maker right away we didn’t have any hot water for a while, but they had some water issues and they explained all that to...
