“Room was clean and hotel was beautiful… stayed in both towers and they seem the same to me… the Dolphin is just more expensive… the only complaints I might have was the horribly loud music from the pool, all day and then the “club” at night… that was not fun… and housekeeping… I was on vacation… they were trying to touch up the room by 9 am and texting asking if they should just skip the room since we were sleeping… umm… no… but I’m going to sleep in on my vacation. “All wood floors, no carpet. Floors were dirty and cracking, which had sharp edges when it was lifting up. Tissue box wasn’t even replaced and was in a ball in the box. Trash bags were on a rack in front of our room and the next morning a truck parked next to us with all the trash loaded on the back. The people above us had like 10 people in the room and stomped on the floors all night. Overall experience was regret. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Guy at the front desk was nice though!”

“The staff at this hotel were wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, when I came back at night to go to sleep, I discovered the bed sheets had clearly not been changed from the previous guest. There were pee stains and hair all over the sheets, which was honestly disgusting and very upsetting. After I called the front desk, a staff member did come and change them, but it was still a really bad experience and something that should never happen at a...
