“Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.”

“We loved our short stay at the Rivulet and our room was spacious, well appointed and with a luxurious extra wide bed. We were aware of a shower running in another room but overall we had a very comfortable stay. The grounds and the amenities and on-site parking were also much appreciated. Very well located on Sandy Bay Road with a bus stop almost at the door. Robert and Kathy both helped us have an enjoyable break in Hobart. Definitely recommend, we will certainly be back. “Well located to Mt Fields. It is a Large 2 BR even if we only needed 1. Very dated, poorly maintained, and dirty. Kitchen cabinets and cutlery drawer dirty. We had to wash dishes we were going to use. We decided not to cook so as not to have to wash everything. There was only one wine glass and when my partner washed it, he cut his hand and we had to bandage it. It looks like someone tried to repair the rim with a glass cutter and this resulted in an extremely sharp edge. I reported it to the...
