Hotel vicino a Huron Indian Cemetery - Kansas City

“When we arrived in our room, we found leftover food and beverage containers left from previous guests in the mini fridge and surrounding area. This made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. We soon noticed other areas that were missed including hair remaining on the shower walls. We spoke with the staff at the front desk which were very apologetic and since their weren't any other rooms available, suggested that they could reclean the room while we were out for the night....

Negativa l esperenzia con gli addetti al check in.Sono giorni che mando email per chiedere la ricevuta ma non mi hanno mai risposto. ”

“I was in Kansas City for the World Cup and selected this hotel because it has a great location in downtown Kansas City. However the hotel seemed very overpriced given its lack of amenities. The rooms were clean, but very basic and seemed in need of updating and renovation. The carpets were fraying and the water and ice machine on one floor was out of order. The hotel has a gym, but no pool. It does have a restaurant but we didn’t try it.”

“Good location not too far from Downtown. Free parking and breakfast was a plus. Rooms were mid, and there was a funky smell coming from the AC. There was some yelling and loud talking in the hallways early in morning which made it hard to sleep. Overall it served its purpose for 2 night.”

“When I first got there, I was checked in by the rudest front desk clerk who is terrible had an absolutely terrible attitude didn’t offer me bottled water. Nothing truly just a piss poor attitude and then I got to the room and the room was absolutely dirty again dirty handprints all over the bathroom. The front door to the room was so dirty. There was literally dirt dripping down the back of the door in the room. Very very disappointing. Stay.”
