Salt City Cottage

This cozy cottage is nestled in a great centrally-located area. 0.7 Miles to the Fair Grounds & 2.1 Miles to the Cosmosphere with lots of Local Dining and Gas Stations nearby. Fully Furnished, Washer & Dryer, with WiFi and Smart TV Capabilities, Hulu and Disney Plus. The Loveseat in pics also is a Hideabed, leaving plenty of sleeping space. I live minutes away, so I'll be readily available if need be. off street covered parking, also a bonus! it sleeps up to 8 but is great for 1 or 2 as well!
The space
The main level consists of the living and dining rooms, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. the other 3 rooms and laundry are in the basement.

It sleeps up to 8, but with everything on the main floor, it's a great stay for 1 or 2 people as well!

I might have to stop by and get something from the detached garage for work. Also, we will be by from time to time for longer stays to water the outside plants or any other outside maintenance... but other than that, you won't see us unless needed/wanted.

Also, just a side note but this is actually something that I've recently became aware of and just thought I'd share...Superhosts must have an average overall rating of at least 4.8 stars over at least 10 trips or three reservations that total at least 100 nights. I just know that after talking to a rather large group of travelers, they were unaware that a 4 star is actually bad. so if you feel like I do deserve a 4, I do apologize, but I would love the feedback so that I can improve what's needed! 😁 Thanks!
