Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”

“My wife and I booked this hotel for her birthday and our long-overdue honeymoon. I am a full-time wheelchair user and was promised a spacious king room with a roll-in shower. I called several times beforehand and was repeatedly assured it would be available. I also asked a month in advance about extra charges, but we were not told about the mandatory valet fee and refundable incidental hold until three days before arrival. At check-in, we received two queen beds and a roll-in shower. At 6'8",...

“Beautiful location, right across the street from from Emett Park. The Vietnam Memorial gave me goosebumps! My husband flew his drone through the park and got amazing footage of all of the memorials. Perfect for dog walks! The hotel has historical significance and they say they have a ghost there named “Charlie” (I think)…we didn’t see him though, lol. The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in one on the front right corner with park and street views. Highly recommended! We will return 💗💗”

“Best note for the location: perfect. The girl at the reception at the check-in day very useful in a busy time: the labur day weekend. The woman at the breakfast doing her best, as the housekeeping stuff too i guess. 2 big bed: the room and the building themselves, well, i didn't except for the best for a reasonable price. Very interesting the "concierge" service: never seen a concierge like that one.. ghost would be more interactive..”

“L’hotel si trovano in una zona centrale e non è nuovissimo, anche se le condizioni non sono così male. Nella camera c’era odore di naftalina. La cosa che ho apprezzato di meno era il fatto che la camera non veniva pulita giornalmente, ma bisognava richiedere che il personale venisse a sistemarla. Inoltre la colazione non era un granché: poca scelta sia di cose calde che di cose fredde.”

“The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The room was a Queen double beds with plenty of room for three people. The parking was not as expected. It is $48 per overnight and you have no choice but to use their valet service. I overheard a lot of inccoming vistiros complain about it. The pool was dirty and chairs really stained. Pool area not well maintained and hot tub is out of service for rest of the year. It was very noisy due to outside noise. Thye also helpo $150 on my card for incidental...
