“This property was a great stay for extended (multi generational) family. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the balcony. The walk to the beach was easy to navigate. Children enjoyed the pool, although the pool could use a bit more shade. The elevator opening right to our condo was a first time experience for us but was positive. The condo was well supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, etc. ”

We were 2 blocks from the beach and pier and only slightly longer to stores, bars and restaurants. There was even a private pool that we had access to which was extremely nice. “We loved our stay at Roshan’s place. Roshan communicated all information clearly and in a timely manner. It was a very easy check-in and checkout process. We enjoyed our time on the calm beach and the pool was perfect. We ate in using the kitchen for the most part and everything needed was provided. We did eat out for dinner on the 4th of July and liked that there were great options close by. The unit itself was cute and clean, we loved the beachy vibe. I drank my coffee on the small balcony...

“Great spot, very walkable location to lots of squares, shops, bars, food and the river! We liked that each set of couples had a full bath attached to their bedroom for convenience and privacy. Beds were comfy, and closet drawers available to unpack into. Only way it would have been better would be softer towels, more and softer toilet paper and if they supplied some coffee grounds to get started. ”

“Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. My favorite was the ocean view and short walk to the beach! I arrived in the dark and lighting in the parking lot wasn’t well lit so I had trouble finding the elevator. I would definitely book this condo again! ”
