Hotel vicino a Hyland House Museum - Guilford

“Overall the hotel room was nice and clean, my issue was with the bathroom. There were a few gnats (or drain flies) in the bathroom which is a bad sign of scum buildup. The toilet clogged up a few times. Thankfully it didn’t overflow, just needed a few extra flushes. The toilet seat and lid were loose from the toilet itself. A good place to stay if you just need a bed at the end of the day. The diner across the street is a town staple, but it’s closed on Mondays and a crosswalk would be...

“Rooms are large designed well. The breakfast area was perfect. Everything was so clean. The only thing I missed is you usually have some sort of hand lotion that was the only thing missing.”

“La camera è come nelle foto, mentre le condizioni della struttura sono peggiori. Il nostro soggiorno è stato comunque soddisfacente ”

“I saw someone else write a review that said it was weird the curtains didn't go all the way down in the window area and they were right, which was a bit odd... Also the doors to the rooms are HEAVY! You can hear them slamming in the night while trying to sleep and it's no one's fault, they just automatically slam due to their weight. I wouldn't allow my senior father to handle the door at all as I didn't trust they wouldn't knock him over. On one of our two mornings, the breakfast ladies...

“More like a bed and buffet! Ask Ray about the imported from Naples pastries! I stayed in comfy room 2 which has its own private entry/exit n the side. Check out hole in the wall Friends & Co for amazing lobster roll and fries and Allegre for Italian 4-course prix-fixe. Hammonasset Beach State Park nearby was a nice oasis in the fall. Would visit here again with the lady.”

“We were only there for a quick overnight trip, so we didn’t make use of any amenities. We traveled with four people in one vehicle, but were charged valet parking fees for two vehicles. I’m still awaiting the refund for that. The hotel and area are absolutely beautiful.”

“A lovely stay at a classic New England B & B. Perfect location for a visit to Madison.”

“The room was beautiful, only negative was no shelf in the shower so you have to place the products on the floor and the sliding shower doors didn't stay closed well. They are still going through large renovations so the appearance is understandable.”
