“Beautifullly remodeled hotel in a cute downtown area.”

“I enjoyed the room immensely. Kitchen, large bathroom, nice tv and desk. I got a ground floor room and heard very little from the folks above me. Bed was a bit soft for me, but still comfy. Clean. Lots of decent parking. Nice breakfast....standard fare. The only complaint was the oatmeal (LOL) it was dry and lumpy. I grabbed a bagel and hit the road. I'll consider staying again.”

“We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was spotless, bed very comfortable, blackout blinds, and large tv. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choices. Everything we ate tasted fresh and delicious. Hot tub was a nice temperature and the pool water was warmer than most of the hotels we’ve stayed at. We gave the hotel a five star. If you are going to Ellensburg you should stay at the Hampton Inn.”

“This place is nothing like the reviews I looked at. It was disgusting, from the lobby area to the rooms. There were dirt finger prints all over the doors, a dirty sock next to the bed in our room, the sheets were very worn to the point they were so thin it was see through in spots and only a very thin blanket on top. It smelled terrible in the room and was covered in dust. The air in the room gave you two choices either boiling hot or ice cold. We were so disgusted we left and spent money on a...

“This place was great and is a good option if you're in town to fish.”

“Clean but not stocked on normal amenities such as toilet paper, kleenex, to-go coffee cups, sugar. Friendly, responsive staff tho.”

“The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The location is conveniently off of the freeway, but the area is a bit dodgy. The property is very rundown, especially the bathroom. The level of maintenance is seriously lacking. The furniture in the lobby was dirty and stained. The carpeting in the room was dirty and stained. The furniture in the room was old and damaged. Having stayed the night before in another Comfort Inn that was really excellent, this was disappointing.”

“The pool and exercise rooms were closed and not stated on the website. Bathrooms are extremely small and dingy, rooms are small and cramped for 2 Queen beds and 4 people. Will not stay again, was not worth the price.”
