Incredibile rifugio di 1300mq sull'acqua, la Villa, circondata da un giardino mediterraneo di 2.000 mq, ha un accesso privato al mare. I dettagli di stile originali si fondono perfettamente con il rinnovamento contemporaneo. La piscina e le generose aree esterne consentono di vivere indimenticabili momenti privati in riva al mare e di ammirare gli incredibili panorami con viste a 180 gradi sul mare senza interruzioni. Le ampie finestre e le porte scorrevoli in vetro danno un piacevole senso di continuità tra l’interno e il magnifico giardino. Tutte le 8 comode camere da letto, fornite di bagno completo interno, sono state progettate utilizzando materiali e arredi di altissima qualità e sapientemente disposte con la grande camera Master al primo piano con splendida vista mare. Un paradiso naturale per gli amanti della natura e una posizione privilegiata per godere di alcune delle spiagge più affascinanti e incontaminate di Ibiza.
La Villa è fornita di discoteca privata, cucina professionale e parcheggio per oltre 15 vetture.
La proprietà si trova a Santa Eulalia des Riu nell'isola di Ibiza, in zona residenziale e urbana con ogni tipo di servizio a pochi passi a piedi.

Stunning villa

We loved our villa stay which I hired for my 50th birthday celebrations with family and friends. Our host Vicky was excellent and was a great help. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough plastic or glass drinking glasses - otherwise it was perfect !

Stunning Property and View

This is a one of a kind property that we wished we had a longer stay. The accommodations were high end and the support provided by Vicky was above and beyond. Don't hesitate to book this property if you have the chance.

The Villa is truly breath taking and Vicky is amazing

I would highly recommend staying at this Villa. The villa is unbelievable and is situated in a great location. We had a group of 16 guys and we were able to have fun. Vicky who is the manager of the property really made the Holiday tho, she's friendly, helpful and understood our needs and helped us at any given stage. She was able to help us organise trips and resturants but also allowed us our space. Amazing villa, amazing manager. Must try.

Amazing stay!

Wow, where do we even begin. Vicky and the home were both amazing! We really enjoyed our time in Ibiza. The house was absolutely perfect for the needs of our large group. It was clean, big and fully stocked with everything we needed. Vicky was there for everything we needed. She provided amazing recommendations and had a contact for everything! Can’t wait to get back! :)

Dream Wedding Location

We spent the most incredible 3 days at this magnificent property. Owner Vicky went above and beyond to help us with any requests and ensure we had the best stay. The photos do not do the sheer size of the house justice! It is an amazing space to share for your special event. Breathtaking views and a coastal walk path just outside. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and wide range of shops and restaurants. Ample parking for you and your guests cars. We did not want to leave and can't wait to come back.

Traumhafte Lage, top Organisation!

Wir haben mit unserer Firma die Finca für eine Woche gebucht. Die Organisation & Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Property Managerin Vicky hat perfekt funktioniert, wir konnten für den ersten Abend eine Liste mit Einkäufen senden, so dass wir von Anfang an gut versorgt waren. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt, einzig ein Stern Abzug, da der Strand unten schwer zugänglich ist. Ansonsten aber alles perfekt, etliche Supermärkte in der Umgebung und eine Paddle Anlage direkt gegenüber :) Die Villa hat 100% dem entsprochen was hier auf FeWo Direkt annonciert wurde, danke für diese tolle Woche! Software Brauerei AG

Destacar en primer lugar la excelente acogida de su anfitriona Vicky, una persona entrañable y muy atenta. La villa ofrece una excelente ubicación, muy bien preparada para eventos familiares y de cualquier otro tipo. Habitaciones muy amplias, gran cocina con todos los elementos necesarios, piscina pequeña ideal para niños y otra de grande para adultos. En fin, todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de fábula en compañia de tu familia o amigos.

Great stay and host

Great villa on the water with amazing views. 8 full bedrooms with bathrooms. Vicky, the host, is very responsive and helps with anything you need before arrival. I would give yourself time to get into town (20-25 min commute), but other than that, property is everything you see in pictures.

Honestly, the villa was absolutely fantastic, amazing views perfect for parties and hanging out with friends and family, Vicky our host was amazing, she really helped us out and was super friendly, i would say she was one of the best hosts. we asked for a few extra things and grocery shopping all which was taken care of. Thank you for an amazing experience. we will deffo be coming back!

This was better than a 4 star resort -- a most luxurious, beautiful home, with excellent service from the hosts. It was in a great location, accessible to some of Ibiza's best known spots, and just one of the most relaxing, beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life. High quality interior, great approach and location with fabulous views. You feel relaxed the moment you arrive and the design is ideal for entertaining and bringing people together. With a good chef recommended, it’s long lazy days and even longer nights!!!

We came to the villa for my friends hen do for 3 nights. My friend had absolutely no idea and was blown away. There we're 17 of us. The 1st evening we had the BBQ provided by Brian and Sara, they we're amazing hosts, made us feel welcome and relaxed straight away. The food was delicious and plentiful and catered for all different needs. The villa was so amazing that we didn't even need to go out, we were lucky to have a friend Dj for us so we had our very own perfect location, beach side, terrace night club and night club within the villa also. The villa is beautiful and we really had a taste of the VIP lifestyle. Sara was lovely and couldn't do more for us. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa. It is is an absolutely stunning location with amazing views. We would love to return, and will do without a doubt.

Loved this house!!

We were there during the off-season(Feb). I rented the house for my daughters 21st bday for her and 20 friends that were studying abroad in Barcelona. It was perfect for a large group and I can’t say enough nice things about the host!! Everything ran smoothly and created memories that will never be forgotten!

I came here to celebrate my 21st birthday with 17 friends and it was the best holiday of our lives! There was absolutely nothing I could fault with this villa. There is everything you need! Shops and restaurants at the end of the road, and taxis always knew where the villa was so it was easy to get around the island. The property itself is beautiful and I couldn't have wished for a better birthday. Sarah and Brian were amazing and contacted me whenever I needed them. The in house BBQ prepared by Brian was a lovely way to finish our holiday. Sarah also organised a birthday cake, flowers etc and even got us an initial shop of food and alcohol for when we arrived. The bedrooms were luxurious, and the club room in the basement was put to good use! Thank you so much. I hope we will come back again, Roberta xx
