When attempting to get off I75 at the right exit I discovered the exit closed and had to tack on 10 mins to my very long drive I felt the hotel staff, knowing that exit was closed due to construction, could have sent a notification to anyone arriving during that closure to save the hassle of driving further north and having to come back south to get to the hotel. “Very nice hotel the breakfast was very good and everybody was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We been staying here for years several times. When we checked in, we did not receive our our Hilton honors welcome anything. And staying there three days housekeeping came none of the days. Trash wasn’t emptied. We didn’t get fresh towels coffee tea was not really filled in the room. The breakfast buffet was not the best for that matter we ended up eating breakfast somewhere else which normally we use the breakfast buffet every day.”
