“It was not clean. It had bed bugs and we had bites. We had to leave and go to another hotel. We dropped some water on the floor and got it up with paper towel and paper towel was nasty. We sent pictures of the bites and have not yet received anythung back from them.”

“We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable”
