“We were greeted by Annika on arrival and she gave us a warm welcome and made it possible for us to have an early check in after a long international flight. She gave us lots of valuable information about the hotel and the beautiful town of Kiama. We loved everything about this hotel. Friendly smiling staff; bright and sunny reception area; clean rooms with a comfy bed and a very good location for walking to the town. “Stayed here before. Reception hours are a bit restrictive for late arrivals, but not an issue for me this time. Staff are super helpful. Room was clean, no odours, and looked 'fresh', possibly thanks to the management keeping the décor contemporary. Everything works the way that it should - aircon; TV; lights and bathroom taps. Importantly, the bed was firm yet comfortable.”
